To ensure a smooth and fair application process, we have established the following qualification criteria. Please review them carefully before applying.

• Completed application for every person 18 years of age and older.
• Verifiable income that is at least 3 times the monthly rent.
• Positive references from all previous landlords for the past 5 years.
• No evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
• A minimum credit score of 700 with no major delinquencies or collections.
• Thorough background and criminal history check (all provided by law exceptions apply).
• Government-issued photo ID.
